1. Who is responsible

We process personal data in accordance with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) and, where it applies to visitors from the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. Data we process when you visit the website
When you visit this website, the hosting provider automatically processes technical data that your browser transmits: IP address, date and time of access, pages viewed, referrer URL, browser type and operating system. This data is needed to deliver the website securely and reliably. It is not combined with other data and is deleted after a short period.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure and functional website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. Contact form and email
If you contact us through the contact form or by email, we process the data you provide: name, company, email address, topic and your message. We use this data only to answer your enquiry and for any follow-up correspondence.
Legal basis: your request and our legitimate interest in responding to it (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We delete the data once your enquiry has been dealt with, unless statutory retention periods apply.

5. Hosting
This website is hosted by Framer B.V., Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Framer processes the technical data described in section 2 on our behalf and uses secure data centres. Fonts are delivered through the hosting provider’s infrastructure.
6. Transfers outside the UAE
Because our hosting provider operates internationally, data may be processed outside the United Arab Emirates, including in the European Union and the United States. We make sure that such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards as required by the PDPL and the GDPR.
7. Who receives your data
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate this website and our email, and only to the extent necessary. Where required, enquiries may be forwarded to the NARRUX Group company responsible for the matter.
8. How long we keep data
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law.
